We will be having a Title 1 Fall Parent Conference on October 15, 2022. This event will be on a Saturday from 8:30 am to 11:30 am at the Valley View Elementary Cafeteria. Fine Arts Academy Students and Mariachi will be performing.
Good afternoon parents of Wilbur E. Lucas. If you have a student in 3rd, 4th, and 5th Grade, this week is very important for them. This week they will be taking their Pre-Test and 1st Six Weeks Test. Because they are in STAAR Tested Grade Level, these tests take on additional importance. We want all students to do their best and you can help us by ensuring that your children do the following:
1. Get a good night's sleep.
2. Eat a good breakfast.
3. That they are present and on time to school.
I have attached a flyer with more information about the tests your children will be taking this week.

Buenas tardes padres de Wilbur E. Lucas. Si tienen un alumno de 3°, 4° y 5° grado, esta semana es muy importante para ellos. Esta semana tomarán sus Pre-Examen y el 1er Examen de las Seis Semanas. Debido a que están en el nivel de grado evaluado por STAAR, estas pruebas adquieren una importancia adicional. Queremos que todos los estudiantes den lo mejor de sí y ustedes pueden ayudarnos asegurándose de que sus hijos hagan lo siguiente:
1. Duerman bien por la noche.
2. Coman un buen desayuno.
3. Que estén presentes y a tiempo en la escuela.
E publicado un volante con más información sobre las pruebas que tomarán sus hijos esta semana.
