W.E. Lucas Elementary will be having its annual Halloween Costume Parade on Monday, October 31st! Please ensure your child/children do not wear scary costumes (This includes blood, toy guns or blades). Several fun activities are planned and items will be sold. Unfortunately, parents will not be allowed to participate at this time. As customary, Mr. Vidal will post pictures across our social media outlets! Thank you and Happy Halloween!
