1. Telehealth accepts all kinds of insurance. They will bill your insurance and if there's anything pending from you , they will bill you just as if you were at your doctor.
2. Telehealth runs Monday thru Thursday from 8:00AM to 4:30PM and Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00PM
3. You will be seen as a consultation; therefore, plan to be in my office at least 20 minutes. It may be less or it may be more, depending on your needs and tests ordered.
4. Tests being offered include: COVID, STREP THROAT & INFLUENZA A & B
5. Please register using the QR code on the flyer; it helps when you are already in the system. (saves you time)
6. When you register, you will be prompted to include your insurance, so have your insurance information available.
7. The private pay consultation fee is a FLAT FEE of $50 (for those that do not have any medical insurance)
